Dr Jason Tamsil – Veterinarian

Hi! My name is Jason. I graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2018. Since graduating, I have worked at various clinic across east side of Melbourne, treating dogs, cats, and small mammals. I joined the team at Mountain Gate Veterinary Clinic in 2023.

I am interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine, however I particularly enjoy internal medicine cases as well as educating our clients in my general practice consults about their pets. There are always new things to learn and educate everyone about! I also have a soft spot for pocket pets, especially reptiles which I have kept in the past.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercising (badminton and strength training), playing music, and playing video games. I also love to sniff out new food places.

I am owned by 2 cats, Dr Charlie K and Eve, 2 mischievous siblings who love to exclusively vomit on the carpet.
