Dr Chanel Quach-Yan – Veterinarian

Hi, I’m Chanel and I graduated from James Cook University in 2023. Before starting at Mountain Gate Veterinary Clinic, I participated at the International Surgical Training Centre in Thailand, as I have a strong passion for animal welfare, soft tissue surgery as well as dermatology.

My favourite part of being a vet so far is being constantly challenged and learning something new every day. I also love getting to know both the owners and their beautiful pets and am dedicated to providing the best care possible.

I have a cheeky, 11 year old toy poodle called Lou. In my spare time, I enjoy catching up with friends and discovering new dining spots, playing pickleball and going to concerts.
